Our SS60 Class is a 60-minute training session focused on building strength, developing skill, and improving endurance. We combine intentional strength work with conditioning and functional movement to help us move better, get stronger, and build fitness that carries over into everyday life.Our SS45 (Strongside 45) class is a 45-minute, high-intensity conditioning workout. These sessions are faster-paced and designed to challenge our cardiovascular fitness and work capacity through efficient, full-body training. SS45 is ideal when we want an effective, high-energy workout in less time.Together, these classes give us a balanced approach to training—helping us stay strong, conditioned, and capable for the long run..

The Legends 55+ at Strongside Fitness gym is designed for individuals aged 55 and older. It focuses on tailored workouts to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness levels for this age group. Participants receive specialized coaching and support to ensure safe and effective training that considers their unique needs and abilities. The goal is to help older adults stay active, healthy, and strong through structured workouts that cater to their specific physical requirements.
