Fitness on the Green – Community, Sweat & Saturday Morning Fun

Looking for a fun way to kick off your Memorial Day weekend with friends, family, and the community? Join us for Fitness on the Green on Friday, May 23rd from 9:00am–10:00am at The Mill on Etowah — a free, family-friendly community workout powered by Strongside Fitness.

This is a Bring-A-Friend event and everyone is welcome — all fitness levels, all ages, and anyone looking to move, laugh, and be part of something positive. Whether you’re a longtime athlete, just starting your fitness journey, or simply looking for a healthy and energetic way to connect with the community, this event is for you.

No gym intimidation. No complicated equipment. Just good people, great energy, and a workout designed to get everyone moving together.

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Positive attitude

That’s it. We’ll take care of the rest.

Our experienced and energetic Strongside Fitness coaches will lead a fun, scalable workout that anyone can participate in. Expect movement, music, encouragement, and an atmosphere built around community and support.
